Strawberries and Cream Broth Pops

I was a little skeptical when I first heard the idea of of putting broth in an ice block, so I was pleasantly surprised when I made these for the first time. My kids loved them and they have no hint of brothy taste. They’ve also got coconut yoghurt for added probiotics.


Strawberries and Cream Broth Pops

Makes 6-8 depending on size of moulds

Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt

  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice

    (I used honey)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into ice block moulds and place in the freezer until set.
